The lawsuit alleges that AT&T Mobility charge customers taxes on internet access which is against the Internet Tax Freedom Act. Well, it was not free for me! To read this msg, it took away min.s from my cell. Only one tho, I will not open any more!

I did call the 1-877-905-8928 from a landline, it seems real. I do not know if this is really from ATT tho. This reminds me of an e-mail I got from Google to my Gmail addy.
Also about a CLASS ACTION law some thing, and that seemed real as well. Most everyone with a gmail got one.

BTW, I have a Tracfone , NO ATT! how did they get my #?
hmmm, I wonder if Tracfone is selling are #s!!! If so, they have no right! I am also on the "Do Not Call List" I do not know if they can still call about this "CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT". I would not care as long it did not take my min.s.

I receive the post cards in the mail about the class suit action. Maybe I will go for it. Cause they charged me for stupid stuff. Don't have AT@T any more. I don't how they got
