We had a most wonderful lunch today at Paneras, and what made it even more enjoyable was Mary Ellen the person who took our order and helped us get to our tables. My what a people person she is. She should be your assistant manager.

For several months we have been using our Panera rewards card only to find out today that the card needed to be registered. We have been presenting the card each time we use it, which is 2-3 times a week. Today we asked when we were going to get our "reward". We were informed that the card was never registered.Would have been nice to be informed of this the first time we used it. I think we will be going to Peaberrys from now on. We needed lunch fast. Ordered at the last minute for conference room. We needed 13 box lunches. The person that took the order was very nice, even though he asked that we order way ahead next time. Well they registered my paneara card at the restaruant...and I have recieved my first email...trying to find out what my surprise is just for signing up... and I am unable to log on..
