i've been to the bureau of parking 3 times about this ticket and established that the vehicle in question did not belong to me. they told me that the computer automatically keep sending,now they are telling me that it's going to affect to credit. it would be gratfully appreciated if you correct this matter.

I am trying to contest the parking violtion notice you have sent to me. I have been trying to get hold the office for the last few days, unfortunatly I have not been able to do so. And now I Am trying the web which also did not seem to go through. By theway there was no ticket handed to me at all and on the day that is mentiond on this violation notice, I did drop off my frien at the bus station other than that I did not even parked anywhere there, I drove straigt back ti Riveside after that. So if somebody can get back to me where and when this happend I would appriciate.
