www.SurveySDM.com is the official website for the survey conducted by Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation.  This company is the licensor of full-service retail drug stores operating under the name Shoppers Drug Mart^® (Pharmaprix^®in Québec). Founded in 1962 by Toronto pharmacist Murray Koffler, the Company has grown to a network of more than 1,180 Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix stores across Canada.

For customers who made purchases from any of the Shoppers Drug Mart stores will be eligible to fill in an online survey.  Upon completion of the online survey, customers will be automatically enrolled in a contest.  There will be 50 prizes to be given away in this contest.  Each prize consists of $1,000.00 in Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix Gift Cards redeemable at Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix (excluding Shoppers HomeHealthCare™).  This contest is open to eligible customers who complete the designated customer survey and are residents of Canada.

There will be 5 separate random draws for prizes.  Each draw will take place at the Shoppers Drug Mart central office in Toronto. A Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix representative will notify selected entrants by telephone within 1 week of the draw date listed above. In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time and then sign a standard declaration/release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 14 days, or does not meet all of the contest conditions, they forfeit any rights to the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Great specials this weekend. Got a scratch savings card for spending $75. Had wonderful service from the cosmetic
department, from Monica. However, charging for the bags@.05 is ridiculous. It makes it seem like your trying to put yourself in the category of a discount store. Like most drug stores these days, SDM gives me a feeling that somehow they are doing me a great favour when they fill a prescription. Come on people, 90% of the time you are referring to a computer and putting pills in bottles. This should not takes hours or days. Lately my elderly parents were told they would have to wait until the next week. When my Father was a child, the pharmacist made the medication and the transaction was over in 10 or 15 minutes, without the benefit of a computer. My parents now get their meds at Walmart where the pharmacy didn't have the required meds, but sent someone to our local hospital to get it. - - posted 34 months ago

I shop at SHoppers Drug Mart #11118 in Tecumseh On.It is very close and I get my prescriptions there. I have been been very frustrated this year 2010 because it takes so long to check out because of lack of personnel. There are only two checkouts open usually and that goes down to one when you want to Check out The Staff are good and I blame the owner or manager the cause of this problem. No one comes for backup when called.I was shopping in the store today December 18th ( My Birthday )and it took 20 minutes to get checked out with just one (1) checker working. She had problems processing a Gift Card and soon there were more than 12 people behind me blaming me for the delay.

I have been using Shoppers Drug Mart #2203 for the last 5 or 6 years. I have always found the staff in the Pharmacy especially friendly and helpful. I was most impressed after dropping off a prescription to be filled and picked up the next day, when I came in to pick it up the person remembered my name.
