From the posts I have just read I find it unnecessary to continue to try and redeem theses points that accumulate from parches made with the SEARS master card. My advice is pay off your card and cut it up as it is costing us 25.24%. I for one am getting tired of spending my money to support these large conglomerates. Save your money when it comes time to buy, as it will cost you less in the long run.

Having just read the other comments and wondering myself how to find the list of rewards, etc. I have come to the conclusion that I, also, will cut up my card and not ever use it again at sears. Just went shopping again today at Sears and Kmart. Was told that I have "a ton of points that I need to use or lose." Problem is, how can I use them when I can't get into this website. I am starting to think this is one of those bait and switch scams. I have been a Sears customer for 30+ years. Didn't really care about the "Reward" points, but now I am ticked off because they have promised something that they are not delivering. As soon as my balance is paid off....I will close my account and NEVER shop at Sears or Kmart again.
