have tried to activate my express scripts plan online several times
and I've talked to the 877 number three times and was told,"you can log on now there is no problem but when I go to refill my prescriptions I get this message that says are you activated?
when you I click on that to it says can't access at this time.
This web site is the worst I've had to deal with.

I have attempted to register to have my perscriptions mailed through Express- Script.com. The experience has been very frustration,because I am not led to where I may complete the process. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. However, My school district( Gary Community School Corp. Anthems- Blue Cross Blue Schield of Indiana) has stooped to used your services.All of my calls to the 866-216-4207 number will not go thruugh and no one else can provide the needed support. I wonder if the service really exist or is it for the insured to really access. I called your 800 phone number, held for 10 minutes. After holding, a recording came on and said the office is closed. This was 10/26/11 at 12 noon so I doubt you were closed. I am reluctant to call and hold again.
My husband and I want to restart our express care service. Can we do it online? Can our MD fax prescriptions or is it better to have our current pharmacy transfer/fax? our orders?

I just spoke to someone on the phone. She said you don't have to activate the card--just use it. It's not like a credit card.
