Just started business in home health care services. First client is a cigna member. Have been trying to submit invoices and claims since the first of May Am in the process of signing documents and faxing back to Office Ally but looks like it will be a few more days before I can submit(await approval) can I be submitting or faxing invoices until then? Haven't recieved any money for the services rendered as of yet. My payroll budget is getting slim. Would also like to become a preferred provider, any advice on that would also be very helpful.
