Your website is not user friendly and does not give one the chance to enter multiple dates one missed the papers. I missed my supply 3 days in November 2010, 6 days in December 2010 and 1 day in January 2010. I was not given the chance to enter all these dates which I missed these issues. I am beyond angry.

3 weeks of no paper when my bill arrived.

I had not recieved a bill since Jun and recieved a letter that I was deliquent. I have twice requested an itemized bill and finally recieved a lump sum bill that appears to be way too much for the time period. I have been a subscriber for 12 years and until recently have been happy with the service. Last summer I received bills the said "past due" and "final notice". According to my records I had been paying these bills on time. This was insulting. The I received three phone calls asking me to sign up for EZpay. This option is on my bill. If I wanted it I would have signed up for it. This was annoying. On October 21rst I got a call asking me to pay over the phone because your billing system was down. This was equally annoying.
It seems to me that insulting and annoying your customers is an unwise business practice. Especially for a company facing bankruptcy. Maybe this is part of the corporate culture in the Sam Zell era.
Let me state my position as succintly as possible. Since 1999 I have received the paper and paid my bill when due. I have been happy with this arrangement. If you find it inconvenient or uneconomical there is a simple solution. Stop sending the paper and I'll stop sending you money.

Your billing is very confusing. I received a call from your collection dept, stating that I am two months behind. I checked and none of the billings show an amount past due, but the notice said a reminder.It is very confusing. I think you need to clarify these bills. Also the collector said Hi Bill, I told him my name was Mr Kujak. Also I have been a customer for over 30 years and had paid on time. I think you need to get your act together.
