Recently shopped at Geneva Common's in Geneva, Illinois. Great store plus great people. Although the store was extremely busy, the employees there took time to make sure I was finding what I needed. WE RECENTLY WENT SHOPPING AT YOUR mAYS landing store and had one of the most persoable and knowledgeable Associates by the name of Dave Silipino. His pleasent attitude in helping my wife and I to find what we needed was commendable. He stayed with my wife and I to make sure we were satisfied and even use to PC to order us a sleeping bag for our nephue. I was very impressed with his peofessionalism and ability to offer suggestions without being forceful. We are seniors and do not make fast decission and he was very gracious with taking all the time we needed to be happy. I want the store manager and above to recognize that in Dave they have the very best represenative possible of Dicks Sporting Goods.

An Associate Jay in your Dedham location was extremely helpful with our purchase of many Items for our 5 Kids. It is hard to find any young people willing to help customers like Jay did. I found only 1 spaceblanket. The clerk checked and found tha there were no more in stock nd didn't know if any more were coming. A superviser,Michael Kwasniewski, found that there were two more @ the Galleria Mall store...said he could get them shipped over. The whole process took 35 minutes. By the time you find your website to get your 10 dollar coupon its over 48 hours .I spended over 500 dollars and getting very upset because it sames your survey is always down. Called customer servise, they say try again. The store was great very helpful but try better on your website.. Purchased a $50. gift card and have attempted to do your feedback survey. CAN'T FIND IT ! ! ! Must be just another corporate ripoff. I have no problems with Dunhams. I'll go there next time as my money spends there too.

The last two times i have been at Dicks in christanburg va has been a bad experience. I feel that Dicks Scorecard program is a simple rip off to ,have people believe that they will receive something for shopping at Dick. As a store manager that works for a company that values customers opinions(surveys), I opted to do Dick's survey. We were treated exceptionally well by the employee and I felt it was important to pass this on. After all, isn't that why you issue the surveys?? Well, I must say I am VERY dissappointed in how you surveys are conducted! Upon dropping $178 on Friday night (at 6:48), I made a mental note to do this survey by Sunday night. However, after attempting to do the survey (9:00 pm Sunday) I was informed that it was closed. Don't you think this is taking the 48 hour window a bit far?! If my customers don't get their surveys done in the 3 day window, they still get a code and a coupon for taking their time to participate.If you truly "valued" your customers,they should still be allowed to participate in the survey!!! I had planned on using that $10 coupon to return and make an additional purchase above and beyond the $50. Opening Day..Disapointment..I expected a sports store, not another cutesy clothing store. I wanted a long list of shooting and re-loading supplies and equipment, what I bought was a couple packs of paper targets.

Have been to your Rutland store twice in the past two days .Purpose to purchase a 12 ga. stoger side by side. on 6/15 sales person did not know if they could get one.As I was leaving the store the cashier said the could order one. Ok back again on 6/16 went to sporting goods looking for sales person, None waited for what seemed like eveer and no one shows up. get two boxes of shells a box of clay birds, and check out ,The cashier tells me that the guy is out side putting a roof rack on for a customer, very nice but I wanted to spend money to, .This is not the first time I have had difficulty getting service in your Rutland Vermont store. - Jim - posted 22 months ago
