I just found out from a relative about the class action suit against Monsanto in Nitro West Virginia. I lived in front of that plant, across the highway. We moved for that reason. My mother was hospitalized, placed in an iron lung and now I am being treated for emphazima. I went to Rock Branch Elementary. I would like to be included in this suit but can not find help. I'm not sure this class action is just. We moved from the very healthy, clean area of Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach, NC, to the area indicated within these monitoring areas. We lived there for about three years. Nonetheless, in our move from NC to the aforementioned area (29 year old, 3 yr old and 5 yr old), we experienced drastic changes in our health. So, tell me this. What about people like myself and children like mine? We were healthy until moving here. Nonetheless, I do not see a specification for 2005 and later. What, then, is the issue here? I ask you to email me as to what is going on here in the state of WV. Can I take part in this suit, and, as a side note, I have never taken part of any suit. Something is wrong here. I don't know of it is the air, the water, or everything in between, but WV is in a crisis that it is not facing and is certainly not seeking a remedy.
