I have been harassed for years by Sallie Mae. I am a retired educator and I have tried for years set up sizeable payments. I have sent records of income over and over again. They always keep the payment beyound my budget and tack on higher interest. They call my house many times at 15 minute intervals, they hired a second agency that calls from 6:00am to 12:00am daily. I have to take my phone off the hook just to have peace or when guess come over. I have to take it off the hook to sleep, or if my wife have migrains (she has a health issue with headaches). I have tried to communicate with them about the harrassing calls but they just ignore my request. They have destroyed the climate of my home and now they are harrasing me at my place of employment. I have had issues with sallie mae in the past they have called me as early as 6 am and as late as 10 pm , i have told them to stop calling so late and they kept doing it , i have also said that the forebearance thing is a joke , still charges us money we cant pay , i also think that them selling our accounts to others is a joke aswell because now i have others calling me and saying i owe money to them. No cllue who these people are and what they are talking about , i have asked sallie mae to give me an itemized bill so i could try to pay this debt off and they refused i would like to hear more about this and how to contact someone on how to get into lawsuit.

I am an owner opperator of a small repair facility in S.C. I started cleaning up the unwanted crap that was on my credit and found Arrow Finance to be one whom said that i owed them money.... For the sake of argument,I made payment arrangements and did the best I could to pay them off as soon as possible.... They harassed me the whole time that I so-called owed them money and sarcasticly gave me a hard time about the balance and the amount that i was willing to pay... I was so glad when my balance was paid in full... If you don't understand this posted listing that we are all a part of,,,, it is a forum of individuals whom debt collectors have harassed or collected payment from.... Read the card carefully and pay close attention to the listed collection agencies that are listed on the back.... Does any of them look familiar to you.... Yes I received numerous of calls and notices stating that I owed monies to secure and keep my home. EMC Mortage has refused to work with me in securing/maintaing keeping my home. The mortage company kept me in a world wind for almost two years and not tried to assist me in any manner. Hopefully this can be resloved and help will come.
