how can i get my count open with mairetta corporation - bonnie couch - posted 15 months ago

I am in receipt of a letter frm your office print date 12/02/2011. There is a nsf fee mentioned of $20. You are telling me " . . .the overdue amount must be received and posted to your acount by 12/20/2011 or your benefits will be terminated."

This raises questions: a) when was there a notice of non sufficient funds? My savings balance was over $52,000 on November 30. b) was there any attempt to collect the so-called overdue amount or notify me of the situation? Why did Alliant not notify me in any way of the nsf situation?

You have been successfully collecting the benefits payment from me for a very long time. I worked for United Airlines for 36 years. The last.time I checked my credit rating with Alliant it was 802. Why is it necessary to threaten to cut off my benefits? I have been sick with a nasal infection since december 6. ( I couldn't figure out how to pay the missing payment and misplaced your letter.) I got another letter from UAL benefits, stating that I was all set for 2012 and payments would be collected the first of each month starting January 1, 2012. When I called them they told me to call you. When I called this other number, 888 825 0188, I got a bunch of options that had nothing to do with my situation. then when I elected to speak to a representative, there was along waiting period, during which I finally hung up.I will send a check for $338.30. If you cut off my benefits I will take needed legal action. Benefits is a misnomer as far as your office is concerned.
