I visited your 7057 Chippewa St. Louis, Mo 63119 store today 8/15 and was charged 5.72 for a Red Onion. I didn't realize this had happened till I got home and thought 17.86 for 5 items was alot. What i dont understand why didnt the cashier INDIRA realize it before I left the store and check it out. It weighed the onion at 3 lbs when it only weighed not even 1/2 lb. I then had to make another trip thus going 4 miles out of my way.... I usually shop at this store pretty often and some of the mistakes have been unrealistic. I shop at the Shrewsbury store all the time. If you had trouble with a price then go back
to the store and take care of it like you did. I believe you can go to any ShopNSave and
correct this problem. Sometimes they don't notice it because they get so busy that
sometimes they make mistakes. My Mom would always check the receipts from the
grocery store after shopping. So we should all check out the pricing as we go through
the line and even at the Self Serve station. Sometimes we can catch the mistakes before

I shop at store 1787 daily. I have taken advantage of the $2.00 off coupons and found this promotion to be a very good marketing tool for additional shopper incentives. It appears receipt coupons have run its course and now this website provided on the receipt navigates consumers to various sites that appear to be SPAM. It has been a while since I received a $2.00 incentive from the store and I have visited the www.shopnsavelistens.com site on several occasions. It is now totally different when I use the same web address. Today will be my last time visiting this survey site and my opinion of ShopNSave's marketing methods have been diminished greatly.
ShopNSave, you should re-think this action or remove this site until you can come up with a legitimate tool. Also, are there any customers who can prove they won the $100 gift card? I believe this to be false advertising as well. I will be re-thinking my trust in ShopnSave. I now have no reason to be a faithful ShopnSave customer that patronizes this location other than convenience of buying lottery numbers. This may be my only purchase at this store from this point forward. Your marketing tools are misleading. Customers need a venue they can trust in these unstable economic times. It is a proven truth that Lucky is a low price leader since it was open as Max Foods in El Centro, CA 92243. We shop happily twice a week since then. All crew at Lucky is very friendly and helpful. Most of them we know more than 20 years. some type of produce, dairy, meats,spices and grocery items are available only at Lucky or they are too expences on other supermarkets in the area. We feel "lucky to shop at this unique and clean items market. We always highly recomend this store to our friends and families. I shopped at store 1836 and can not find the place to take the survey, so this is probably my worst experience with ShopnSave. I am always comfortable in the store, the people (employees) are courteous and helpful and the specials are there. Thank you. Now can you fix the survey site. I shop almost weekly at Shop 'n Save #1842 on Chippewa to fill in the items I can't get at Aldi's. Your Thursday $10-$50 promotion is great! And, although I have had some of the overcharge problems that those above have reported, these mistakes were always corrected. Overall, I think SnS has good pricing compared with Schnucks and Dierberg's.

I suggested that the charge card swipe pads should be improved though. Often they don't work and are awkward to sign. You should examine the charge pads that Target now uses. They are most easy to use of any store I've seen. My other suggestion is to clean up the blowing trash in the parking lot. I find shop and save prices are getting higher and higher. I go there and aldis because to be blunt I am poor. The people who work at shop and save at O'fallon square are not nice or go out of there way to help you. The service desk workers are rude and uninterested in your complaint. There's no where else for me to go to shop all the other stores are higher prices than shop and save. Shop and save raise there prices and I don't get a raise where I work. I struggle to make it on a day to day basis and have to go without eating a couple days or so a week. When are the stores going to start caring about people like me?
