Leave it to this idiotic store!! they ask you to do a survey so you can voice your opinion but won't give you an address to go to so you can do it.. Oh, and as far as their store goes.. if there was any other store to shop within 80 miles of my house I would dump this crappy store in a new york minute! The service is non-existent and the produse is more often than not rotten. As for the pharmacy...It's not even worth talking about, between mixing up drugs and not sending out all of my meds when I ask them to. It's a real mess!!!! today is 9/20/10, on 9/19/10, i was checking-out, when i was told that the two half gallon tubs of blue bell ice cream did not qualify, because they were different (by $0.20), so that buy one, get one did not apply. i do not believe that your newspaper add explained this distinction and this 64 year old customer does not have the freezer space to have purchased 4 of these items to get the flavors i wanted and still take advantage of your sale. I have repeatedly received bad service - but there ARE decent clerks such as Hermillio who has been friendly and pleasant to my husband and I for the twelve years or so we've been shopping at both Lucky's (which offered EXCELLENT value and customer service) to tonight's performance...a female clerk who discussed in depth the new judges on American Idol as she passed each item with sloth precision over the bar code scanner. When my turn finally arrived she NEVER greeted me or made eye contact. I told her thank you when she put my final groceries in the cart and she said "oh, thank you" with her back to me as she walked back over to the register. I work in retail in this town and I would be reprimanded if not fired if that were the "customer service" I gave. - - posted 40 months ago

Most personal at store #936 are very nice and very polite, man they sure treat all customers with great service, food and produce are great with great value and customer service. On the other hand store #106 you can see the other side of the coin, they sure need some training when it comes to customer service; the service is non-existent and the produce is more often than not rotten, they really suck!
Maybe it has to do with the location of this two stores where store #936 is located in a nice rich whitie area and store #106 it's almost inside the "ghetto" where only minorities would shop at it. What does it take to get great service (e.i. like taking your goods to your car).. being rich and white?? Just hope management have the courage and ability to do something about these "discrepancies" between not only this two stores but among all the stores all over the country that I am sure happens everyday in every corner of this great country.

Great crew and always polite and helpful at Store number 6181 in Montebello, CA. I appreciate the wide aisles and great lighting. Its colorful and a user-friendly design. Raul Salinas is the produce mgr. I asked him how to cook a vegetable, and he stopped what he was doing to show me how to cook it(he had an immense book) George Flores is the meat manager. I asked him for a beef cutting chart, because the Future Farmers of America wanted me to address them. George had some at home (from years ago), and gave them to me. What an exceptional employee. Too many other sidetracking questions and NO PLACE to enter my code as asked on receipt. Called phone numnber, was asked to send everything on a postcard, LONG address in Rochester, unclear.
